Charter Pack 8 pax – Breads

Nothing nicer than a nice sourdough toast with jam to get the day going!  This sourdough bread has 20% organic whole wheat flour and is proofed overnight in the fridge, giving it time to develop its distinct taste.

Fresh French baguette baked daily.  Can be frozen and re-heated to enjoy the crunchy crust.  Enjoy our Pate de Campagne with this lovely baguette

INGREDIENTS: pork shoulder, chicken liver, onions, pistachios, French shallots, bacon, salt, cognac, dried green peppercorns, garlic, , dried juniper berries, eggs, four spices

INGREDIENTS:   pork shoulder (90%) , white wine, natural hog casing , salt, anise - seeds , hot pepper flakes

Ingredients: chicken legs, olive oil, red wine vinegar, pitted prunes, Spanish olives, capers, garlic, oregano, bay leaves, brown sugar, white wine, parsley, salt, pepper
