We use to spend half the year on the water in the Exumas with friends and clients. Every morning we get comments on how you cannot find good bread in the Bahamas. We decided to give it a try, adapting recipes to the climate and this sourdough bread is our first success. Our little Sand Dollars are tasty, nutritional and keep well both in the fridge or out on the counter.
This sourdough bread has 20% organic whole wheat flour and is proofed overnight in the fridge, giving it time to develop its distinct taste.
